Sustainability Takes Off in LA
Los Angeles is seeing an explosion in events that educate and energize the concepts of sustainability. The growth industry is being flooded by events at least. It's still the wild west though. There are many concepts that have not been proven but corporations are embracing the potential of the ideas for greener business practices.

One Greener is Coming
There is an exciting new venture being launching by Graeme Bradley and myself. One Greener is a new consortium of colleges, businesses and nonprofits to document individual commitments to sustainability. The new website will launch in February with a some incredible tools for people to make choices to sustain and grow versus simply consuming.
Here's a preview of information I have discovered over the last several years of studying this subject.
This tool will not be a simple checklist of things you can do to be greener. It will allow you to manage your sustainability. You can track it, compare notes with others in your area or look at at the best.

Many colleges have begun extensive initiatives to green their campuses. The next stage is to incorporate other aspects of sustainability. There is much more to this concept outside of just greening a business or lifestyle. It is looking at the entire picture of community involvement and work.

MacMall Training in CA

Office 2008 for Mac has been shared with Manila. I spend the good part of my day on Thursday teaching MacMall's salespeople about the product. I trained 100+ salespeople online in the Philippines. Office 2008 for Mac is awesome!
PC Connection Training in NH

Just finished a training in NH for PC Connection. I have been in charge of training for the Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac product. The materials are now be rewritten for global markets. Too bad I'm not able to travel to these markets for train the trainer courses. That would be a great incentive. The smow was piling up in NH when I was there but flights in and out were uninterrupted. This help true for every place but O'Hare. Connections there are seldom on time for me.
